Our grassroots boxing and fitness program will teach your child the fundamental techniques of boxing as well as improving both mental and physical fitness.
In addition to the health and fitness benefits, boxing allows children to go above and beyond what they thought they were capable of.
Through competition and physical exercise, they’ll learn more about pushing themselves and being able to go even further. Whether it’s in a gym or in life, they will learn to improve.
BOXING ACADMEY 7 - 11 YEARS OLD
BOXING ACADEMY 12 - 16 YEARS OLD
Our boxing academy program for kids between 12 to 16 years old provides kids and teens the tools necessary to excel at boxing as well as other sports. Students gain strength, agility, quickness, endurance, power and speed. The benefits of youth boxing helps students maintain physical fitness, manage weight and improve overall physical health and well being.
Boxing will also give your child self-confidence, stamina, and to top it off – it’s lots of fun
Real boxing techniques combined with old school and functional fitness drills, to create the ultimate workout.
The adult program will focus on boxing fundamentals for beginners and more advanced techniques for intermediate to advanced boxers.
